Hungry For You

I would devour you
by the inch
enshrouded
within my depths.

Let me drown you
in my blood
quietly
in the night
I steal your breath.

My eyes follow
you around the room
vigilantly watching.

And your movements
become imprinted
in my memory.

Every moment
I am there
in shadow
or in light.

Inhaling
the scent of you
like a wolf
I will always find
you.

Absorb me  
into your pores  
and consume me
in your mind.

Because
each pulse
of your blood

And I am carved
